Premade house designs are houses I've designed in the past and can build for you!They come with a discount, as I don't need to spend time redesigning the build.Please read the T.O.S before ordering.

♡ Small: 8 mil
♡ Medium: 13 mil
♡ Large: 18 milThese prices do not include furniture. You can either supply furniture yourself or pay an additional price for furniture.

Gil can be accepted on NA or EU.

Terms of Service

✿ All payments are up front.✿ Design will be completed in 1-7 days for premade designs and 3-14 days for custom designs unless discussed otherwise.✿ Minor changes to premade designs are okay if discussed beforehand, but not major changes.✿ TOS will be repeated in game before gil hand over.

Custom House Designs

Custom house designs are taken on a case by case basis due to limited time.They take anywhere from 3 days - 2 weeks to complete.If you're looking for something faster or cheaper, check out my premade house designs.You can also cut the price by 30% if you are fine with the design being added to my premade house designs.Please read the T.O.S before ordering.

♡ Large: 25 milThese prices do not include furniture. You are free to set a furniture budget for me (minimum 5 million).Please note: Because of the small item limited in housing, most of my designs will have one or two floors sectioned off.
